Job summary

DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Business Planning Strategy Manager to own end-to-end resource allocation across the portfolio. You will build the allocation methodology, translate commitments into market targets, and quantify opportunities to guide investment decisions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Finance, owning planning processes with high ownership and proactive, clear communication. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, math, data science, business).
• 5+ years in strategy, BizOps, or FP&A at tech/marketplace firms or top-tier consultancies.
• Strong quantitative skills with real modelling ability.
• Advanced Excel and SQL are required; Python or BI tooling is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own budget allocation across markets and segments with a defendable model.
• Design frameworks and rules to make budget allocation repeatable.
• Set and cascade market-level targets aligned with financial commitments.
• Run quantitative analysis to size opportunities and make recommendations.
• Act as an independent OKR owner across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Finance; outputs feed others.
