Halliburton seeks a capable procurement professional to plan sourcing of goods and services for manufacturing, field operations or project delivery. You will manage RFQs, organize competitive bids, and implement local procurement agreements under Category Management, while assessing supplier performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Supply Chain, with English proficiency (B2+), spend analysis, and strong stakeholder/supplier management, preferably with O&G industry

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• English proficiency required (B2 or higher).
• Spend Analysis skills and experience developing and executing sourcing plans.
• Stakeholders management and supplier management experience.
• Contracts negotiations abilities.
• Experience in the O&G industry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations or project management.
• Create RFQs or organize competitive bids to obtain best quality, delivery and price.
• Implement agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management.
• Assess supplier performance and conduct reviews with suppliers.
• May lead Procurement Specialists.
• Job tasks impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
