Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any discipline.
• 8-12 years of work experience in Sales/Marketing or Event Management.
• Experience interfacing with donors, foundations, and CSR initiatives.
• Experience with donor management and fundraising processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand resource needs with Program and Finance teams and fill gaps.
• Prospect corporates, foundations, and other institutions for funding.
• Secure funding from individuals, foundations, corporates, intermediaries.
• Handle due diligence, proposals, and accreditations with the fundraising team.
• Manage donor data and profiling in the donor management system.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing donors.
• Coordinate donor reporting and timely proposals and updates.
