Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, communications, journalism, social sciences, public administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to draft complex technical reports and proposals under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of RBM and logical frameworks; data interpretation is essential.

• Lead quality donor reporting and humanitarian appeals for the country programme.
• Develop proposals and support resource mobilization and public partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with timelines and RBM standards across deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with partners and manage strategic content for advocacy.
