Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner to lead financial governance for the internal software portfolio. You will translate technical initiatives into clear financial implications and guide capitalization decisions.

You will collaborate with Technology, Product, and Controllership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while strengthening controls and data quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, technology finance, controllership, or related field.
• Experience with software capitalization, technology finance, internal-use software accounting, or investment governance is highly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis and controls.
• Ability to apply policy and accounting guidance to complex scenarios and develop well-supported recommendations.

• Translate complex technology initiatives into actionable financial insights for leadership.
