Mastercard seeks a Manager, Finance Business Partner to lead strategic finance within the Software Capitalization team. You will guide capitalization decisions, oversee planning, and ensure compliance with ASC 350-40 while translating technical initiatives into clear financial implications.

This role partners with Technology, Product, and Controllership to drive governance and actionable insights. You will mentor analysts, lead budgeting and forecasting, and strengthen controls and data quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required; master's or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, technology finance, controllership, or related field.
• Experience with software capitalization, technology finance, internal-use software accounting, or investment governance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Executive-ready communication and the ability to influence cross-functionally.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Product, Program Management, Finance, and Controllership stakeholders on software capitalization and financial matters.
• Translate complex technology initiatives, accounting guidance, and financial results into actionable business insights for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional discussions, influence decisions, and drive complex issues through resolution while balancing business objectives, policy requirements, and control expectations.
• Develop management reporting and monitor portfolio performance to improve transparency and accountability.
