Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product commercialization, go-to-market, sales enablement, or related fields.
• Ownership mindset with ability to independently lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey value propositions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in card portfolio growth and performance optimization using Mastercard solutions and analytics.
• Contribute to strategy and execution of initiatives across the team, enabling pilots and successful delivery.
• Create compelling customer and internal content, including sales narratives and training materials.
• Coordinate KPI integration and content development for priority areas within Portfolio Optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, Services, Security Solutions, Marketing, and regional teams to identify commercialization opportunities.
