Hasbro in Bogotá is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Colombia office, working in-person three times a week. You will lead risk assessment, executive reporting, and strategic financial support across teams, translating complex data into clear insights for leadership.

Bring strong skills in financial statements, Excel, Python, and Power BI, with experience in SAP. You will drive process improvements and own key financial processes in a hybrid, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English for cross-functional communication.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced MS Excel skills for modelling and analysis.
• Experience with Python and Power BI for data storytelling.
• Working knowledge of SAP and data analytics capability.

Responsabilidades

• Risk assessment and executive reporting to directors and senior management.
• Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis, identify trends and risks, and present actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Lead or support process improvement to standardize and automate financial workflows.
