Job summary

Twilio seeks an experienced Executive Business Partner to support executives within the Enterprise Technology organization. You will anticipate needs, manage calendars, travel, and prepare materials to help leaders operate with greater efficiency.

You will build strong relationships across leadership and administrative teams, coordinate complex projects, and drive accountability for milestones and decisions in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication with high discretion.
Ability to anticipate needs and manage complex calendars.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of Enterprise Technology strategy and priorities.
Serve as trusted partner to executives, guiding priorities and decisions.
Strategically manage complex executive calendars and travel.
Draft executive communications and materials with clarity and professionalism.
Coordinate meetings, offsites, and leadership events with budgeting and logistics.
Track commitments and ensure milestones and follow-through.
