Job summary

Atoms is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to bridge quantitative insights with strategic decisions for restaurant brands. You will own data pipelines, perform analyses, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and proficiency with Looker or Power BI, plus the ability to present numbers clearly to stakeholders. This is an onsite role in Bogotá.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence.
• Familiar with restaurant, food-tech, or hospitality industry and its core business drivers.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools (Looker, Power BI).
• Track record of building visual presentations that translate numbers into clear business stories.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data logically to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Ownership: mine, clean, analyze, and extract insights from complex data using SQL and Python.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: create BI dashboards and visuals to present insights clearly.
• Structured Communication: deliver organized, data-backed narratives to stakeholders.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: understand business metrics to support account decisions.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: ensure accuracy in all presented numbers.
• Domain Awareness: deep understanding of the US restaurant and food service market.
