Job summary

Otter is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics. You will model data and automate workflows using SQL, Python, and Looker Studio, affecting the customer lifecycle and operations.

Qualifications

Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with coursework in statistics.
About 2 years of relevant data analytics or technical strategy experience.
Strong SQL and Python skills with data modeling understanding.
High autonomy and ability to manage projects from definition to execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with advanced English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visuals to track key metrics using SQL, Python, and Looker Studio.
Model data and automate workflows across the customer lifecycle to report KPIs.
Perform deep-dive analyses to provide insights and recommended actions to leadership.
Communicate analysis results clearly to business leaders for informed decisions.
Work autonomously to break down complex problems into actionable tasks and strategies.
