What you’ll do

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics using SQL, Python & Looker Studio.
• Integrate deeply into business operations across the customer lifecycle to model data, report KPIs, and automate operational workflows using code and AI tools.
• Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
• Operate with high autonomy to decompose complex business problems into actionable tasks and strategic recommendations for leadership.

What we’re looking for

• Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with coursework in statistics.
• Around 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or technical strategy roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with a deep understanding of data modeling.
• High degree of autonomy and self-management to own project scopes from definition through execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced English fluency.
• Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
