• A portfolio demonstrating both disciplines, including before-and-after edits where available.
• Ability to explain technical and operational concepts in plain language.
• Working knowledge of SEO writing; Semrush experience is a plus.
• Experience writing social media copy for a professional audience.
• Strong research habits, including fact-checking and identifying the central point in complex material.
• Ability to manage several assignments concurrently, accept feedback and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write website copy, blog articles and long-form pieces based on the firm's research.
• Edit drafts for accuracy, structure, voice and readability, challenging weak arguments.
• Write LinkedIn and other social copy that converts research into standalone posts.
• Edit research pieces and craft SEO content based on keyword research and search intent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to move content calendar from brief to publication.
• Review content performance and decide what to write, update or retire.
