Job summary

MPS Group LLC is seeking a skilled content producer to deliver cross-channel content for two brands. You’ll write, design and produce web, email, SMS and social content, using existing assets and templates to tell one coherent story per theme.

You’ll manage SEO-friendly blog posts, eCRM emails, newsletters, and social formats, maintain distinct tones for each brand, and work from briefs to final files. A portfolio showing copy and design across web and social is required.

Qualifications

• Experience producing digital content across web, email and social.
• Strong English copywriting for short-form web, email, SMS and social.
• On-page SEO best practice knowledge.
• Understanding of eCRM campaign flows and email design constraints.
• Knowledge of social formats for reels, carousels, stories and static posts.

Responsibilities

• Write blog posts of up to 400 words following SEO best practices.
• Write and design emails across pre-launch, launch and post-launch; write SMS copy.
• Produce standalone newsletters within existing templates.
• Create copy for social content across reel, static post, carousel and story formats.
• Supply copybooks in Excel format.
• Review briefs quarterly and ensure alignment with strategy pillars.
