Shareholder Services, operating with a growing multi-entity family office, seeks a skilled Controller to lead accounting, reporting, and financial management across entities in Colombia. You will own closes, strengthen controls, manage cash, and provide strategic financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/Master's+, 5+ years in accounting, and proven leadership of a small accounting team; experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks is preferred, with strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or Master's is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience across multiple entity types such as trust, LLC, partnership, or corporate structures.
• 2-3+ years of direct management of accounting teams and people development.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks; prior experience with U.S.-based or multinational companies.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher; clear and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including reconciliations and financial statements.
• Build and maintain internal controls and accounting processes that scale with a high-growth, multi-entity structure.
• Manage cash, banking operations, and reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Support the President and CFO with financial analysis on investments, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead process improvement and adopt AI-enabled tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 3 accounting professionals.
