TMF Group is hiring a Strategic Change Specialist to drive change strategies across large programmes. You will translate strategy into practical actions, support delivery teams, and embed change into business as usual, partnering with sponsors and leaders to ensure adoption.–

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, governance setup, and readiness monitoring across global initiatives, with opportunities to grow within a worldwide network.

Formación

• Experience in strategic change management within large-scale or cross-functional programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable change plans and support delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in matrixed environments and navigating complex organisational structures.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Sponsors and Leaders - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to foster sponsorship, leadership alignment, and active support for change initiatives.
• Support in shaping and Embeding Change Strategy – Develop programme-level change strategies that align with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Plan and Drive End-to-End Change Delivery – Support strategic planning and assist the Change Enablement team in delivering activities, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
• Conduct Change Assessments - Lead impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments to inform tailored interventions and mitigate risks.
• Establish Governance and Ownership - Help set up change governance structures and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor Readiness and Coordinate Corrective Actions - Track organisational readiness and adoption metrics, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support Change Enablement Activities - Partner with the team to ensure delivery plans reflect strategic insights.

Discover the role

The Strategic Change Specialist supports the development and execution of change strategies across strategic programmes, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes. Working closely with sponsors, leaders, cross-functional teams, and the Strategic Change Manager, the role translates change strategy into practical actions, supports change delivery, and helps embed change into business-as-usual. The position also partners with the Change Enablement team to align strategic objectives with delivery activities, ensuring a consistent and effective approach across all change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Sponsors and Leaders - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to foster sponsorship, leadership alignment, and active support for change initiatives.
• Support in shaping and Embeding Change Strategy – Support with development of programme-level change strategies that align with business objectives and transformation goals
• Plan and Drive End-to-End Change Delivery – Support strategic planning and support the Change Enablement team in executing delivery activities, ensuring alignment between strategy and implementation
• Conduct Change Assessments - Lead impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments to inform tailored change interventions and mitigate risks
• Establish Governance and Ownership - Support the setup of change governance structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and promote accountability across delivery teams
• Monitor Readiness and Coordinate Corrective Actions - Track organisational readiness and adoption metrics, identify gaps, and coordinate actions to address barriers to successful change
• Support Change Enablement Activities - Partner with the Change Enablement team to ensure delivery plans are informed by strategic insights, and that feedback loops are in place to refine approaches
