BreakmarkHR is partnering with an energy technology company to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will partner with the CEO and leadership to own financial performance, capital strategy, and the finance function, translating growth into a clear financial roadmap and ensuring liquidity to support scaling.

The role demands strong commercial judgment balancing growth, profitability, and risk in a technology-driven energy sector.

Competenze

• Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader owning financial strategy and operations.
• Strong track record in growing businesses and strengthening finance functions.
• Solid grounding in accounting, FP&A, treasury, working capital, and controls.

Mansioni

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with leadership on growth priorities, pricing, investments, and expansion.
• Develop visibility into margins, unit economics, customer profitability, and ROI.
• Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for commercial and operations teams.
• Oversee capital management, liquidity planning, and financing negotiations.
• Prepare board materials and manage investor relationships.
• Build and develop a finance team to scale with the business.
