BairesDev is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead backend capabilities built on Node.js and TypeScript hosted on AWS. This role emphasizes technical leadership, delivering production-grade services, and working closely with end users across a fully remote team.

You will design and evolve event-driven microservices, use AI-assisted development, and ensure high availability while collaborating with a global, Top 1% talent pool. Advanced English required.

• Background designing event-driven microservices architectures in production.
• Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms.
• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
