Jeeves is seeking a senior product leader to own the stablecoin and digital asset strategy for cross‑border payments and treasury management. You will define rails, issuances, and on/off‑ramp flows, balancing regulatory compliance with institutional needs.

Lead end‑to‑end product development across multiple markets, build partnerships with issuers and custodians, and drive data‑driven decisions to scale fintech biology worldwide.

Formación

• 4+ years in product management for stablecoin infrastructure, crypto exchange, cross-border payments, or fintech on blockchain rails.
• Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance/redemption, reserve models, on‑chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, treasury interactions.
• Strong fiat rails knowledge (ACH, wires, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) with treasury and settlement integration.
• Blockchain infrastructure literacy: EVM, Solana, L2s, wallet architecture, custody.
• Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, state licensing variances by jurisdiction.
• Analytical rigor: SQL, dashboards, data-driven business cases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the stablecoin product roadmap, rails, supported stablecoins, and integration with payments and treasury workflows.
• Build institutional-grade infrastructure that simplifies blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost for users.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Design on/off‑ramps and interoperability with fiat rails to enable seamless crypto-fiat flows for multinational clients.
• Collaborate on partnerships with issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, and banking partners to drive GTM.
