Jeeves is seeking a Senior Product Designer to raise quality, coherence, and usability across flows our customers touch daily. You will design across the full Jeeves platform, owning projects end to end from framing problems to shipping with engineering and measuring outcomes.

The role emphasizes AI‑driven design, design systems, and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers. Remote, full‑time work with a fintech focus.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior‑level scope on multiple high‑impact projects.
• Experience designing fintech/payments or financial services products.
• A portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
• Ability to drive projects independently in ambiguous environments.
• Working fluency with AI tools in design processes (exploration, prototyping, synthesis).
• Experience improving design systems at scale and collaborating with PM/Engineering.
• Strong research experience and ability to recruit participants and synthesize findings.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design across the full Jeeves platform from mobile to desktop, focusing on card, payments, and spend flows.
• Own projects end to end: frame problems, explore solutions, ship with engineering, measure outcomes.
• Elevate core product experience, identify UX debt, and plan remediation.
• Promote product vision via design exploration, documentation, and leadership presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and documentation without sacrificing craft.
• Apply payments/fintech expertise to intelligent expense review, automation, and insights.
