PepsiCo is seeking a procurement professional for a 9-month maternity leave coverage in Bogotá. The role focuses on executing sourcing strategies for raw materials, leading negotiations, and coordinating supplier contracts to support AOP targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and leverage SAP/Ariba for procurement processes, while driving cost savings and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency: C1 or higher.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sourcing and category strategies for assigned commodities and raw materials.
• Lead complex negotiations, supplier selection processes, RFPs and RFIs.
• Support the delivery of AOP targets, productivity initiatives, price variance tracking and inflation mitigation.
• Manage contract execution, supplier coordination and competitive benchmarking.
• Work closely with local and cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and manage complex situations.
• Coordinate vendor approval processes in partnership with Quality Assurance and Vendor Assurance teams.
• Support the development of local suppliers in terms of service, quality, cost and productivity.
• Identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities within the raw material supply and import chain.

The Opportunity

Your Impact

Who Are We Looking For?

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency: C1 or higher.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Experience negotiating commodities and raw materials, preferably within packaging categories.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and supplier selection processes.
• Experience executing RFPs and RFIs and managing supplier contracts.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba.

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
