Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP and Power BI data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email/invoice as requested.
• Understand cash allocation and validate remittance data.
• Allocate payments and reconcile daily receipts (DRR).
• Collaborate across AR entities and manage aged receivables.
• Resolve disputes and respond to customer questions with timely updates.
• Maintain SOPs and update processes as needed.
