Genpact Colombia is hiring a Sr. Associate - F&A (AP) in Bogotá to review and process invoices, validate details, and ensure timely payments. The role emphasizes adherence to AP guidelines, issue resolution, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, AP certifications, and strong MS Office and SAP skills, with readiness to work in a hybrid Colombia setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance.
• Experience with AP processes and resolving invoice issues.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office and able to analyze data.

Mansioni

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate basic invoice essentials: supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number/date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Follow up on requisitions to solve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
