Solvo Global in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an experienced accounting professional to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role collaborates with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely financial statements.

Key responsibilities include managing GL activities, accruals, reconciliations, and AR processes; supporting budgeting, forecasting and audits; and driving operational excellence across financial functions.

Formación

• English at C1/Advanced level.
• Experience with full-cycle and accrual accounting.
• Strong General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and month-end close processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage General Ledger activities, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process Accounts Receivable transactions, invoicing, and payment applications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports; support month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; support audits.

• Advanced knowledge of General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Experience with multi-company financials and audits is a plus
• Sage Intacct and Prism HRP experience is a plus
