Job summary

CNX is seeking a Specialist, Staff Counsel to provide specialized legal advice in commercial and contractual matters across LATAM. You will lead review, negotiation, and execution of civil, commercial, and mercantile contracts with local and international counterparts.

The role requires a law degree and a professional license, at least 4 years in commercial contracting, and strong English (B2+) communication.

Qualifications

• Law degree with a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in roles focused on commercial contracting.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), with fluent oral and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, contractual, and mercantile law.
• Experience in legal management with a LATAM focus in multinational environments.
• Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High level of commitment and responsibility is required.
