adidas Global Business Services in Colombia seeks a Procurement Operations Analyst to support rollout of Ariba Guided Buying and Fieldglass, test SAP functionalities, and respond to process questions. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, optimization of D2PO processes, and ensuring KPI compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in procurement or related areas, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English.

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, procurement or legal.
• 2+ years of business experience, preferably in procurement, customer service, or administrative functions.
• Excellent understanding of Ariba purchasing systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Procurement and/or Operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office skills.

• Perform quality checks on purchase requests.
• Support rollout of Ariba Guided Buying & Fieldglass.
• Support testing of new SAP functionalities and tool implementations.
• Provide answer to process and technical queries from the business.
• Assist in reporting and data analysis for the team.

• Identify and drive process improvements in D2PO workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Checks on all Purchase requests on a adhoc basis
• Support Roll-out of ARIBA Guided Buying & Fieldglass
• Support and/or drive testing activities of new functionalities in SAP systems, participate in the implementation of new tools and processes (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass)
• Support Business and team on Process and technical-related questions.
• Solve escalations and work on problem-solving for the future
• Support Team Leads in reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure policy compliance and KPIs throughout the entire operations.
• Identify, drive and manage implementation improvements along the operational D2PO processes
• Work on process, standardization, automation and simplification activities
• Responsible to ensure up-to-date process GBS.NTP documentation.
• Provide onboarding support and training to new joiners.
• Align with NTP Category Managers on category-specific policy and documentation updates.
• Provide Helpdesk support in ARIBA for Americas markets, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and operational support across different stakeholders and business units.
• Support compliance monitoring activities by identifying risks, gaps and process deviations, while proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, procurement or legal, or comparable professional education.
• 2+ years business experience, preferably in Procurement area & Customer Service, Administrative functions experience.
• Excellent understanding of Ariba purchasing systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Procurement and/or Operations.
• Eagerness to learn and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to independently interact with different stakeholders.
• Action oriented and solution minded team player with a process-oriented mindset.
• Advanced literacy in MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
