adidas is seeking a DTC Retail Specialist to join our Global Business Services team in Bogotá. You will support end-to-end reconciliation of sales and payments, ensuring accuracy from point of sale to settlement, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate has a degree in business/finance, 2–4 years in a similar function, strong accounting knowledge, English fluency, and SAP experience.

Within GBS,theDTC Retail Teamprocess plays a key role in ensuring transactional integrity across the direct-to-consumer retail channel by reconciling sales and payments with precision, speed, and scalability. Acting as the connective tissue between commercial operations, financial systems, and compliance frameworks, the team ensures that every retail transaction-from point of sale to finalsettlementaccurately captured,validated, and reflected in core systems. TheDTC Retail specialistis responsible forexecutingdaily reconciliation activities between sales andpaymentsvalidatingtransactions, detecting errors, and ensuring data integrity across systems. They collaborate with technical and financial teams to resolve issues, document processes, and actively contributeto continuous improvement. Their operational focus ensures that every transaction is accurately recorded, supporting the reliability andefficiencyof the Retail Channel.
Handling, monitoring,and posting bank statements.
General Ledger and AccountsReceivableaccounts reconciliation, investigating and following upondifferences.
Monitoring and following upofdifferences between systems interfaces.
Support the successful execution of all accounting activities for DTC areas, ensuring work is completed ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
Perform period end closing activities such as accruals, provisions and balance sheet reclasses.
Perform inventory accounting and post adjustments.
Perform balance sheet reconciliation,accountsreview and providevariancesexplanations.
Close contact with the local Finance Teams across adidas subsidiarieslocatedin Europe and Americas and Customer Service teams, handling daily queries.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, or comparable professional education.
At least2-4years of experience in similar functions.
Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function.
Good Accounting knowledge.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and a high degree of customer orientation.
Problem-solvingmindset and analytical skills.
Be a team player.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage.
