IntouchCX seeks a Sourcing Specialist in Bogotá to drive candidate generation, build a strong candidate network, and manage sourcing channels to meet hiring needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and effective outreach across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BPO recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.

• 3–5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with applicants and respond to inquiries through social media and other platforms.
• Process and track applicant submissions.
• Source and generate candidate leads to meet current hiring requirements.
• Manage sourcing channels: online, referrals, events and vendor relations.
• Create strategies to meet partner requirements.
• Conduct tests needed for hiring.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes.
• Participate in job fairs and hiring events.
• Create and host promos and activities.
• Promote recruiting using job portals and social media.

We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to drive the sourcing strategy and build the candidate network through various sourcing techniques.
As Sourcing Specialist, You Will…

• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained
• Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management
• Create strategies to meet partner requirements
• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events
• Create and host various promos and activities
• Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools
• Build relationships with internal employees

As Sourcing Specialist, You Have…

• A college degree or certificate is preferred (equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)
• 3-5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing is a plus
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment
• The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
• A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
• Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
