Job summary

Carat in Colombia is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing specialist to execute and manage client campaigns end-to-end. You will work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure targets are met.

The role involves day-to-day campaign upload, optimization, and collaboration with junior staff, as well as interpreting performance reports to drive insights and pacing for campaigns.
