Carat, a part of dentsu, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist in Colombia to implement and optimize campaigns in line with the agreed strategy. You will handle day-to-day execution, upload and optimization, and liaise with vendors while interpreting performance reports to provide actionable insights that meet client objectives.

You will manage pacing, QA and trafficking to ensure strong outcomes across campaigns.

• Liaise with vendors and third-party reps to maintain relationships and learn new features/betas.
• Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights to meet campaign objectives.
• Generate campaign reports and oversee pacing, QA and trafficking.

The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.
