Carat in Colombia is seeking a performance marketing specialist to execute campaigns, implement optimisations, and manage trafficking with a focus on achieving client targets. You will work with the Digital Performance teams and supervise junior staff to ensure high-quality delivery and timely reporting.

Be prepared to liaise with vendors, interpret performance reports, and provide actionable insights to meet campaign objectives.

• Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking

The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.
