Carat in Colombia is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to work with Digital Performance teams to implement and execute campaigns aligned with strategy, aiming to maintain and exceed client targets.

You will focus on day-to-day execution, optimize and upload campaigns, liaising with vendors and junior staff, and translating performance data into actionable insights to drive campaign success.

• Experience in performance marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights.
• Strong coordination with vendors and internal teams.
