The role sits in a hybrid setting as DBSync provides iPaaS integrations between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. Strong data fundamentals and customer-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or related role.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM and ERP systems and data integration concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL and API tools like Postman.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions with source/target systems and data volumes.
• Deliver technical demos, proofs-of-concept, and trials for DBSync integrations.
• Support services team to configure and validate integration workflows.
• Apply knowledge of SQL, APIs, and CRM/ERP models to production-ready designs.
• Engage with customers to onboard and drive adoption, gather feedback for product.
• Explore AI-driven features to add value and surface ROI.
