Requisitos y funciones

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Software Support or Operations.
• Experience with mobile or online identity solutions is strongly preferred.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end customers and product management teams.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and reading proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and viewpoints.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with rapidly evolving technologies and trends.
• Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong support and responsiveness orientation.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile application deployment (iOS and Android) and backend solutions supporting mobile applications.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions.
