Social Media Specialist

Location: Remote - Colombia | 12-16 hours per week

Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. helps homeowners plan and complete residential remodeling projects. Our work brings together design, construction, and client communication, and we're looking for a social media specialist who can communicate that work effectively online. We are a nationally recognized and awarded design, build and remodel firm.

About the Role

You’ll help manage the company’s social media presence, taking over work currently handled by the owner. Your focus will be creating and organizing content that reflects the company’s remodeling expertise, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

This role is suited to someone who already understands social media for home improvement businesses. You should be comfortable working with project information and available visual materials, identifying useful stories, and turning them into content that homeowners can understand and enjoy.

You’ll work remotely from Latin America and coordinate with our Glen Allen team. The expected workload is 12-16 hours per week; specific working days and coordination hours will be agreed upon during hiring.

Pay and Benefits

• Independent contractor role
• Pay: $10 - $15 USD per hour, based on experience and skills
