Benrey Services Co. seeks a Social Media Manager to own and scale a global brand’s social media presence in Colombia. The role demands a strong portfolio, on-camera delivery, and collaboration with creators and influencers across regulated industries.

You will shape content style, collaborate with design teams, and work in a fully remote setup with flexible hours and global teammates.

We are looking for:

A creative, camera-ready Social Media Manager ready to take full ownership of reimagining, rebuilding and scaling a global brand’s social media presence in Columbia within a heavily regulated industry.

• Proven track record of growing social media channels
• Strong content portfolio and on-camera presence
  • UGC / influencer experience - a big advantage
• Advanced knowledge of social media trends, formats, hooks, and community behaviour
• Knowledge of sports is a an advantage
  
• Knowledge of Columbian market is a must
• Hands-on creative capability and strong collaboration with creative teams
  • Intermediate or advanced skills with design and motion/editing tools
  • Ability to brief designers/editors
• Languages
• Fluent Spanish
• Fluent English
