The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks while following established processes.

Formación

• 2+ years in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Fluent English (professional).
• Proficient with Canva and basic AI-assisted content creation.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Social Media Management: manage Instagram and Facebook, schedule posts, maintain branding, monitor comments, report metrics.
• Content Creation: design graphics, write captions, craft scripts for short-form video.
• Paid Advertising Support: monitor campaigns, track performance, update creatives under guidance.
• Marketing Support: organize assets, research trends, maintain templates and calendars.
• Lead Generation Support: follow up on inbound leads, build targeted lists, maintain CRM records.
