Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and present our flooring collections.
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
• Send quotations prepared by our Miami team and follow up with clients.
• Develop relationships with architects and interior designers and arrange appointments.
• Maintain customer records, organize samples, and keep the showroom ready for visitors.
• Coordinate customer and project needs with our Miami team.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written Spanish and English. English will be assessed during the interview.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Initiative, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp.
• Showroom, furniture, design, or customer service experience preferred.
