McDonald’s Franchise restaurant seeks a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure exceptional service. You’ll drive quality, safety and efficiency while managing shift planning and communicating with the next shift supervisor.

We value prior leadership in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a busy McDonald’s environment. Age 18+ required.
