Job summary

Won.Ai is seeking a senior client-facing strategist in our Operational Intelligence practice to own multi-account engagements with premium DTC and ecommerce brands. You will lead discovery, build compelling business cases, and drive value across forecasting, inventory, and customer experience.

You will partner with AI practitioners to ship integrated AI-native solutions, expanding accounts over time. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to read P&L

Qualifications

• Startup experience in leading client engagements and building playbooks.
• Experience guiding executive conversations and steering discussions to business problems.
• Deep AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts end-to-end as the primary contact and direction setter.
• Manage long-term client engagements across multiple areas, expanding within accounts.
• Lead discovery, benchmark business performance, and define the scope and business case.
