BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own configuration across Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll. You will translate HR requirements into functional Workday solutions, create reports, support testing, and manage upgrades as the expert on these core modules.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, work primarily in a remote setup, and contribute to a global team that values accuracy, scalability, and continuous learning in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Background in Workday Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Build reports supporting business and compliance needs.
• Support testing cycles and manage Workday upgrades.
