• Experience with Workday HCM and HR configurations.
• Hands-on work with Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring Payroll and Core HR.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate into Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Build reports to support business and compliance needs.
• Assist with testing cycles and Workday upgrades.
