Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You’ll bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

Leveraging expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, you’ll help optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint for global clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations/architecture.
