Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across our enterprise. You will be a technical anchor for robust access control, reliability, and threat protection in a global, fully remote environment.

You will design, implement, and optimize Active Directory and IAM workflows, SS0 and MFA, and endpoint security while ensuring compliance and operational continuity for our core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, IAM, or related security engineering.
• Proven expertise in Active Directory and IAM authorization frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing SSO and MFA solutions.
• Background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Active Directory and IAM systems to control enterprise authorization.
• Implement secure SSO and MFA workflows to protect user access.
• Oversee and configure endpoint security to defend Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows system and authorization issues to ensure continuity.
• Write, maintain, and optimize security policies and configurations to enforce standards.
