Job summary
BairesDev is seeking an Auth0 Engineer to design and implement robust identity and access management systems for secure user authentication across multi-tenant environments.
You will work with Auth0/Okta/Cognito, implement SSO, RBAC/ReBAC, and integrate token standards such as JWT, SAML, and OAuth2. This role is fully remote with flexible hours and USD compensation.
Strong English skills required; 4+ years IAM or security engineering is expected.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in IAM, security engineering, or software engineering.
- Proven expertise with Auth0, Okta or Cognito.
- Proficiency in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML and JWT.
- Experience designing multi-tenant, RBAC/ReBAC models.
- Knowledge of Zanzibar-inspired architectures (SpiceDB/OpenFGA).
- Excellent English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade identity solutions using Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to support scalable user growth.
- Implement advanced authentication flows and SSO across multi-tenant architectures.
- Design and govern fine-grained authorization models including RBAC and ReBAC.
- Securely manage identity lifecycles by configuring JWT, SAML, and OAuth2 standards.
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate secure federation and identity workflows into the development lifecycle.
- Define best practices for token management and session handling to improve security.
