Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across our enterprise. You will be a technical anchor for robust access control, reliability, and threat protection in a global, fully remote environment.

You will design, implement, and optimize Active Directory and IAM workflows, SS0 and MFA, and endpoint security while ensuring compliance and operational continuity for our core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, IAM, or related security engineering.
• Proven expertise in Active Directory and IAM authorization frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing SSO and MFA solutions.
• Background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across the enterprise. You will act as a key technical anchor, ensuring robust access control, system reliability, and advanced threat protection for our core infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage robust Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems to control enterprise authorization.
• Implement secure Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication workflows to simplify and protect user access.
• Oversee and configure endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments against emerging threats.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows system and authorization issues to guarantee operational continuity.
• Author, maintain, and optimize security policies and system configurations to enforce compliance standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or a related security engineering role.
• Proven expertise in administering Active Directory and Identity and Access Management (IAM) authorization frameworks.
• Strong hands‑on experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Solid background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
