BairesDev is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer (IAM/Authorization) to design and maintain high‑performance access control across our distributed platform. You will translate complex policies into scalable implementations and ensure secure, low-latency authorization services worldwide.

You will architect scalable IAM solutions, build authorization models, and develop core tooling while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enforce secure-by-default API patterns.

Formación

• 5+ years in Platform Security, IAM, or related roles.
• Experience with RBAC and ReBAC models.
• Hands-on with SpiceDB or similar authorization systems.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy scalable identity and access management solutions.
• Build and optimize fine-grained authorization systems and access control models.
• Develop shared security libraries, authentication middleware, and platform tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secure-by-default API patterns.
