Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Colombia is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft impactful digital experiences for a major tobacco industry client. You will design for direct-to-consumer ecosystems, blending creativity, data insights, and usability to optimize customer journeys across desktop and mobile.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) while aligning with SEO and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of digital design work.
• Excellent UX/UI craft from IA to responsive layout.
• Fluency in English and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and web feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Design website updates across desktop and mobile from brief to handover.
• Map and enhance user journeys within the assigned funnel stage.
• Use analytics, user research, and A/B test data to inform decisions.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, copywriters, and product owners.
• Design to WCAG 2.2 AA with SEO and performance in mind.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and client presentations.
• Prototype ideas and support user testing with optimization colleagues.
• Share early work and contribute to design patterns.
