Ascendion, a digital engineering solutions company, seeks a Product Designer / Senior User Experience Designer to shape UX for enterprise software from Colombia (Remote). You will define objectives, deliverables, and metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to align design with business goals and deliver impactful user experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in UX or Product Design, 3+ years of client-facing or consulting experience, and a strong portfolio across desktop, Android, and iOS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• 3+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B enterprise software across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of desktop, Android, and iOS design.
• Advanced knowledge of UX methodologies, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences.
• Experience with AI-powered UX tools is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables for UX initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Conduct behavioral, user requirements, and task analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to connect business objectives with design outcomes.
• Create interaction design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and detailed designs.
• Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and insights.
• Establish and promote UX best practices, standards, and design consistency.
• Define and track UX metrics, success criteria, and KPIs to measure UX impact.
• Use research, testing, and analytics to continuously improve user experiences.
