Visa is seeking a Senior Project Manager to translate program objectives into clear execution plans for workstreams implementing Visa platforms and services across Acceptance, Acquiring, Processing, and Issuing. You will align workstream plans, risks, dependencies, and reporting with the program schedule and critical path.

• Experience managing technology and financial services delivery projects.
• Strong PM discipline across planning, execution, RAID, dependencies, reporting, and change control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Understanding governance, documentation, traceability, and audit-readiness in regulated environments.
• Experience in Agile environments; PMP certification required.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with adaptability to changing priorities and roles.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet as core tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled PM capabilities is preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience; Bachelor's required; Master's preferred.
• Travel 10–25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle (build, onboarding, migration, certification, testing, integration, readiness, cutover, go-live).
• Maintain clear workstream plans aligning milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path with the program schedule.
• Lead day-to-day execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with program expectations.
